Chloe is a Partner and the Chief People Officer at PwC New Zealand where she is responsible for driving the people-related strategic priorities of the firm, focusing on ensuring a unique people experience and an inclusive and diverse culture.
Chloe specialises in providing governance, risk and compliance related services to clients in a range of industries. She loves learning about her clients businesses and helping them to think differently about their risks and understand the connection between risk and strategy.
Chloe regularly works with Executive teams and Boards to help them understand their strategic risks and define risk appetite. She has led a number of large scale regulatory driven risk engagements and has a particular focus on conduct risk and risk culture.
Chloe joined PwC in Australia as a graduate. She worked in Sydney for over 10 years in our risk consulting practice before returning to Auckland in 2014. During her time in Australia she led the delivery of a number of large scale regulatory risk engagements.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and friends outdoors at playgrounds, parks or beaches.
